GoldCare’s Assessment Information Manager (AIM) provides you with a convenient and streamlined system to electronically complete and submit interRAI assessments that comply with CIHI and interRAI standards. An intuitive web-based design, online help features and quality calculators and checks help ensure that assessments are fully and accurately completed. Resulting data can be used to monitor care progress, track client and site trends and benchmark your organization.
Data Collection: AIM is licensed by interRAI, and supports the full suite of RAI instruments and applications. Assessment information is accessible from a single screen, and sections can be completed in any order. You can also concurrently track the progress of multiple assessments.
Outcome Scores: AIM automatically calculates an outcome score once the assessment has been completed. Outcome scores can be used collectively to track care trends and identify shared traits or significant disparities among your client and resident population.
Quality Indicators: evaluate service quality and identify areas for organizational improvement using standardized quality indicators developed by interRAI. Quality indicators are generated by certain responses or combination or responses to questions in the completed assessment.
Assessment Protocols: AIM produces full documentation on what assessment responses triggered the assessment protocol. A list of factors to consider and an AP report are also generated, which gives you a problem-oriented framework for care planning or further assessment.
Care Plan Builder: a care plan is automatically suggested for the client based on data from the completed assessment. Simply review the suggested care plan and individualize it for the client as required.
