Reporting and Business Intelligence
GoldCare’s MYOR (Make Your Own Report) and MAPIT (Measure-Analyze-Plan-Improve with Technology) applications provide your organization with sophisticated reporting and business intelligence tools to accurately capture, analyze and disseminate complex data from multiple sources. Both applications are customizable, allowing you to pull the exact data needed to improve business and care planning, and substantiate organizational decisions.
Custom Reports: MYOR supplies flexible formatting options to let you consolidate diverse information into customizable easy-to-read reports. The intuitive reporting-building interface simplifies the process of selecting, sorting and displaying data. You can also further customize the report’s layout through an HTML editor.
Indicators: MAPIT enables you to define, evaluate and report on quality, risk and performance indicators. Having this information readily at hand allows you to identify operational and clinical areas requiring improvement, as well as initiate the appropriate corrective measures, and monitor the progress of results.
Dashboards: MAPIT generates dashboards and scorecards based on indicator and other data, and will flag any information requiring attention. Dashboards can be configured to provide multiple views (graphs, charts, tables, etc.) of comparative and related data, giving you the means to track trends and benchmark your organization.
Export Options: MYOR reports can be exported to Microsoft® Excel, ODBC/Crystal Reports or saved as ASCII text files or PDF documents for convenient data sharing.
Interfaces: GoldCare supports interfaces using ASCII, XML and HL7 protocols. This enables the bi-directional data exchange of MYOR, MAPIT and other GoldCare reports with service partners and government agency vendor systems.
