GoldCare's Payroll application allows you to quickly and easily calculate employee time and process pay runs. In addition to central payroll management functionality, GoldCare Payroll includes applications to manage employee information and human resources, as well as manage employee tax information as part of year-end processing. Full integration between GoldCare applications allows time entry data from scheduling to be shared seamlessly with payroll, and payroll transactions to be posted directly to the general ledger.
Process Payroll: GoldCare Payroll is designed to manage every aspect of payroll processing, including managing employee time entry, creating pay runs, printing cheques and direct deposit slips, reconciling pay cheques and more.
Manage Human Resources Data: Centralize employee information such work history details, pay rate, banking details, skills and certifications. You can also generate records of employment, submit WSIB reports, and track employee benefits. Benefits are set up so that changes can be applied easily to all employees, eliminating the need to manually update each employee’s file.
Report on Payroll and HR Statistics: GoldCare Payroll includes many standard reports to track and analyze daily hours worked by employee, payroll taxes, direct deposit (EFT), labour distribution, union deductions, and other data related to payroll and HR functions.
