Customer Support Representative/Software Tester
The successful candidate's primary responsibility will be to provide remote software support and service to our clients. As well, the candidate will test software enhancements as required.
Requirements
- minimum 3 years experience with business applications
- a college diploma in Computer Science or appropriate university degree.
Other Requirements
- excellent communication skills
- strong analytical skills for problem solving and troubleshooting
- well organized and can multitask
- keen interest to learn business applications.
Assets
- knowledge of the UniVerse database
- familiarity with the auto club industry or a related service field
- exposure to web support and working knowledge of HTML, XML and Java Script
- exposure to creating and executing test plans and tracking defects.
