AXIS Point-of-Sale is a fully integrated customer service and cash management system. It provides a single, customer-centered view based on customer-specific information, such as lifetime value, segmentation codes, and promotion and response codes.

To process transactions efficiently and easily, Point-of-Sale lets customer service representatives identify a member or client using the method that is best suited for the situation, and displays promotions to allow cross and up-selling opportunities.

With Swipe, Point-of-Sale processes debit and credit card transactions and prints authorization receipts for clients. Swipe prints reports to balance transactions with the bank and confirm deposit amounts. It also tracks transactions for audits.

Point-of-Sale improves cash management by allowing administrators to define acceptable payment methods by service area, report on cash drawers that are over a pre-set maximum limit, and make interim deposits.

Point-of-Sale provides sophisticated integration with Apollo®. Point-of-Sale also provides automatic links to AAA National's Automated Triptik System and populates information fields using member information from AXIS when requesting Triptiks.

In addition to a variety of pre-defined reports, Point-of-Sale works with Enterprise Information System to provide timely and insightful information about your business.
