AXIS Promotion/Response Tracking provides marketing staff tools to assign marketing campaigns with multiple promotions to targeted clients. Promotion/Response Tracking captures client responses, measures the overall effectiveness of promotions, and flags clients for future marketing campaigns.

Promotion/Response Tracking automatically records which clients receive promotions, and displays marketing and promotion information in different areas of AXIS for use by customer service representatives.

Using AXIS Database Marketing, marketing staff can generate target lists of members who share characteristics (for example, a geographic area, age, and a membership type) and should be assigned marketing flags, campaigns, or promotions. Then, marketing staff can assign club-defined segmentation codes to the clients, enabling customer service representatives to suggest products that meet the specific needs of each client.

At any time, marketing staff can review their programs by generating lists of active campaigns, promotion types, marketing flags, or promotions. And, to monitor the response rate of promotions and analyze the effectiveness of a campaign or promotion, Promotion/Response Tracking provides a Response Summary Report.
