AXIS Navigator is a multifaceted Membership Relationship Management tool for engaged communications and active relationship building with members. Navigator's Client Workspace empowers your customer service representatives and broadens their knowledge of past activity, current information and new opportunities for each member.

Navigator Client Workspace gives a 360° view of every member, providing all the information that customer service representatives need to deliver consistent and relevant customer service and build client relationships.

Just in Time (JIT) Dialog Topics use pre-defined qualification rules to determine in real-time the relevant Dialog Topics for the member. The JIT Dialog Topics are assigned "on the fly" to the member a customer service representative is dealing with at the time, complementing manually assigned Dialog Topics. The applicable JIT and Dialog Topics are immediately evaluated and prioritized to ensure the most appropriate ones are displayed in the Cross-Selling section of Navigator Client Workspace. As a result, JIT Dialog Topics reveal sales opportunities and incentives that may not otherwise be captured.

The "Question of the Day" section of the Navigator Client Workspace allows your club to collect client feedback through targeted "mini surveys." These surveys contribute to the 360° view of that client as well as the collective view of your entire membership

Navigator Client Workspace has a Navigation Top Menu that clubs can configure to show only the menus needed for the user’s job function. This tailored approach provides more direct navigation to the functions needed by the user to perform routine transactions and job tasks, and simplifies user training and system use.
